It's hard
to sum up your life in 3 paragraphs, but
here goes...
I grew up in Jersey in the 80’s, so it
is safe to say I have seen and used
enough hair spray, Bon Jovi and jackets
with shoulder pads to last a lifetime,
... my path has been less conventional
than most and filled with a few
adventures, I have been accused of a lot
of things but never boring! What seems
like ages ago, I was a high school
teacher and counselor for troubled
teens. When the school was closed for
lack of funding I went into Manhattan
and began teaching privately for teen
performers on Broadway and young
professional athletes. I started working
with Keely and Pierce Brosnan's son in
1998 during the filming of Thomas Crown
Affair, an incredible experience, with
them I traveled the world and met some
legendary people. They cultivated my
passion for art, the environment, and
healthy eating. I relocated to Los
Angeles and continued working for the
family until 2005 when Hot Moms Club was
born.
On a personal note, I love avocados,
photography, acoustic music, NYC at
Christmas time, the smell of Sandalwood,
and the number 3 (not sure why, but I
always choose it, if I were on Deal or
No Deal it would be case # 3 Howie...).
Nothing beats hot tea on rainy days,
ocean air and my son's laugh. My
favorite people in history are Thomas
Edison (his genius and determination are
so inspiring) and Mae West (I so admire
her boldness). The Daily Show with Jon
Stewart is so hilarious, it always makes
me laugh out loud.
When I am not taking my son to school or
the beach, I am busy writing the third
book in the Hot Mom Series, Rock that
Minivan: A Hot Mom's Guide to Love and
Relationships, and various media
projects involving HMC. We have an
exciting and busy year ahead!
Carpe Diem
